Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Malia Access, operated by Crete Access E.E.

1. General

By purchasing through Malia Access, the buyer accepts these Terms & Conditions and confirms that all provided information is accurate at the time of purchase.

2. Product Validity

Tickets, wristbands, and access products are valid only for the events, dates, and season specified at the time of purchase.

The Malia Access Party Wristband includes access only to the listed participating events and cannot be divided, partially used for refund purposes, or exchanged for cash.

Unused events, missed attendance, late arrival, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruption, or personal choice not to attend some or all included events do not create entitlement to refund or compensation.

3. Collection of Wristbands

Customers purchasing a wristband receive an e-ticket and must exchange it at one of the official designated collection points in Malia during opening hours.

Failure to collect the wristband does not create entitlement to refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered where an event is officially cancelled and no reasonable replacement event, replacement ticket, or equivalent product can be offered.

Where possible, Malia Access will first seek to provide an alternative product or replacement event of equal value.

Approved refunds may take up to 90 days from approval date to complete.

Refunds exclude:

  • booking fees

  • transaction fees

  • payment provider charges

  • third-party platform fees

5. Event Changes

Event schedules, DJs, artists, opening times, venues, concepts, or programme details may change without creating refund entitlement, provided the core event remains operational.

6. Personal Travel or Attendance Issues

If a buyer is unable to attend due to travel disruption, illness, delayed arrival, transport issues, denied boarding, documentation problems, or other personal circumstances outside the control of Malia Access, no refund applies.

Customers are advised to rely on personal travel insurance where appropriate.

7. Venue Responsibility

Each participating venue remains independently responsible for:

  • venue operation

  • admission control

  • security

  • health and safety

  • alcohol service

  • compliance with local legal requirements

Entry remains subject to venue policy, including legal age requirements, dress code, behaviour standards, and venue security decisions.

8. Liability

Malia Access acts solely as an official ticketing and access platform operated by Crete Access E.E.

Liability for incidents occurring inside venues, including injury, accident, theft, personal loss, or safety matters, lies with the individual venue operator unless directly caused by proven fault of Crete Access E.E.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable EU or Greek law.

9. Refusal of Entry

Venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests without refund in cases including:

  • intoxication

  • aggressive behaviour

  • non-compliance with venue rules

  • inappropriate conduct

  • failure to meet legal entry requirements

10. Age Requirement

All products sold through Malia Access are strictly for persons aged 18 years or older.

Valid photo identification may be required by venues at entry.

11. Official Seller

Malia Access is operated by Crete Access E.E as an official online reseller for listed participating events and venues.
